Damien ran the Manchester office of Capita Symonds until 2005. After 18 years with MPM Adams / Capita Symonds, Damien opted to join Christal Management in 2006 where he provides hands on Project Management expertise in the Industrial, Education, Commercial and Leisure sectors.

Lewis has over 25 years experience within the construction sector and has operated both on behalf of the Client and the Contractor. Whilst covering all disciplines, Lewis heads up Christal’s Health and Safety service offer.
Kyran Krueger

Kyran is responsible for the Cost Management business within the Christal Group, which was launched in 2011. Previously employed as Partner within Gardiner & Theobald, Kyran has extensive experience in delivering Cost Management services in various sectors of the construction industry delivering schemes for clients such as The Cooperative group, Allied London, BAe Systems and various further and higher education institutions.
Walter Fowler
Director
Walter has been working in construction and development for 20 years and is passionate about finding creative solutions and delivering best value for clients. Whilst he is currently focused on Project Managing sports stadia and indoor arena projects in London, Liverpool and Copenhagen, he also has extensive experience in the higher education, culture, commercial office and hotel sectors.
